SHIPPING
- Adding all items desired to your shopping basket.
- Hit the "Check Out" button.
- Enter shipping address.
- Hit the "Apply" button after selecting shipping method.
This is where you will see your total with shipping included. If you do not wish to go through with the purchase you can now hit the "Cancel" button. This will cancel your order.
Please note that large quantity orders there will be additional shipping costs since multiple boxes will be needed to protect the items from breaking. We will always contact you first to confirm the extra shipping cost.
We use UPS and US Mail for U.S. orders. On overseas orders it depends on the location.
Overseas
Please e-mail info@amenenterprises.com for overseas shipping quotes since different shipping vendors offer better rates depending on what country we are sending the order to. Since our website cannot do the research we do on shipping vendors it does not always give an accurate shipping prices for overseas orders. Also when shipping overseas, each country charges different duties and/or taxes that will be due upon receipt of the order. This is not included in the shipping cost since it is a tax imposed by your countries customs department.
Purchasing
Prices are subject to change without notice. In order to ensure quality control, all merchandise sales are final. Sale prices will be honored at time of purchase only. Merchandise is non-refundable, unless defective. Please call us if you have a special reason for a return that may need to be discussed. Any item that is not accepted at time of delivery or refused at the door will be returned to us and all applicable shipping to the customer and from the customer will be billed to the customer as well as a 20% restocking fee. All Domestic and Foreign orders are non-refundable without pre-authorization.
