1. E-mail us and request a reseller/distributor information packet. We will E-mail you the packet, which asks some basic questions about your company or store. A valid reseller permit/license for your state will be required.
2. Fill out the form and E-mail or fax it back to us.
3. We will evaluate your form and give you a e-mail response within 24 hours. If you are accepted as a product reseller through Amen Health you will be given a password. This password will allow you into our PRIVATE wholesale pricing section. You can choose to order online or fax in your order to us. It is that simple!
